About Our Firm
For over 20 years Pallante Design has been designing projects throughout New York State, New York City, and New Jersey. The firm focuses on architectural and interior design services of various healthcare institutions and commercial projects. We are proud to say that most of our work since the inception of the firm has come by the way of referrals. Pallante Design strives to always fulfill our existing clientele while creating new client relationships which allow our firm to continue to grow.

Joseph J. Pallante A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B.
Senior Principal
Joseph Pallante has over 30 years of experience performing design services for Healthcare and Commercial Facilities, Residential Properties, and Corporate Interiors. He received his Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He holds a certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. Joseph is licensed in New York and New Jersey.
Previously he was a partner of Shaynak & Thalmayr Architects, New York City, where he managed various Healthcare projects before starting his own firm in 2001. As principal of Pallante Design LLC, Joseph is involved in all aspects of architecture and interior design, from conceptual drawing to construction administration, as well as managing the client relations.
Dominick A. Termini A.I.A., N.C.A.R.B.
Associate Principal
Dominick joined Pallante Design in 2005, after interning for the firm since its inception. He received his Bachelor of Architecture with Honors from Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. He studied architecture in Italy for a semester and also received union carpenter training from the New Jersey Contractor Carpenter Trust. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, holds an NCARB Certificate and is licensed in both New Jersey and New York.
Dominick oversees projects assuring they are executed according to the high standards set by the firm. He manages all aspects of project delivery from inception through contract documents and into construction administration and project close out.
Michelle Pallante
Administrator / Office Manager
Since Pallante Design was started, Michelle has been responsible for all organizational, financial and accounting aspects as well as general office management.
Previously Michelle worked as an Expeditor in New York City preparing permit applications, consulting with design professionals and building owners, and gaining approvals, signoffs and certificates of occupancies with the NYC Department of Buildings. Her experience and insight is helpful for our NYC projects.
Wilson Chan
Project Manager
Wilson brings over 20 years’ experience in the commercial sector of the construction industry to Pallante Design. He has been involved in all project phases from conception through construction administration. As project manager, Wilson oversees project documentation and development, coordinates with various consultants, reviews code compliancy, as well as maintains Pallante Design’s standards. Wilson has previously worked at Gensler, Mancini Duffy, and Nelson.
